1. Scope

For all business relationships between Remobile 786 S.L. (trading as Handyswap) , Avinguda Diagonal, 442, 08037 Barcelona, Spain (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer"), the following General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively in their version valid at the time of the order.

2. Subject matter of the contract

Handyswap is your premium partner for new phones and accessories. We sell exclusively brand-new, original products. The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.

3. Conclusion of the contract

  • By clicking the "Buy" button, you are placing a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

  • Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order is submitted and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.

  • We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by delivering the goods within two days.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices shown are final prices including VAT. Since we sell to end consumers across borders within the EU, VAT is calculated according to the applicable EU directives (OSS procedure). The following payment methods are available (Secure Checkout):

Shipping is handled by our logistics partner DHL

Delivery area: Delivery is available to Germany, Austria, Netherlands & Belgium.

From the moment your order is handed to DHL:

  • Netherlands: 2-4 business days

  • Belgium: 2-4 business days

During peak periods (launch weeks, major holidays, or unexpected DHL disruptions), deliveries may take an extra day.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory warranty rights apply. In addition to the statutory warranty, all devices purchased from Handyswap are covered by the official manufacturer's warranties from Apple or Samsung (see our warranty page for details).

8. Final Provisions

Contracts between the seller and the customer are governed by the law of Spain, unless the consumer is deprived of the protection afforded to him by mandatory provisions of the state in which he has his habitual residence (principle of most favorable law).
