A. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last goods.

B. Voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return guarantee of 30 days from receipt of the goods. This is conditional upon the goods being complete, in their original packaging, and in unused, new condition (no removal of protective films during activation, no iCloud/Google locks).

Free Returns Process

 We strive to make returns as easy as possible.

  1. Notify Us: Send an email to support@handyswap.com with your order number and intention to return.

  2. Receive Label: We will provide you with a pre-paid DHL return shipping label via email.

  3. Pack & Ship: Place the device back in its original packaging along with all accessories. Adhere the label to the box and drop it off at any DHL service point.

Conditions for Full Refund

To be eligible for a full refund:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (brand new, no scratches).

  • It must be in the original packaging with all seals intact (if applicable) or packaging reasonably opened for inspection.

  • Important: You must remove all personal data and disable tracking accounts (e.g., "Find My iPhone" or Google Account locks) before returning. Devices locked by an account cannot be refunded.

Refund Timeline

 Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 4–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
