Do you get a voucher or real credit?

You do not receive voucher credit: the trade-in value is applied as a direct deduction on the purchase price. No vouchers, no hassle afterwards, just a fair and guaranteed price.

Does the 14-day price guarantee also apply to the trade-in offer?

Yes. HandySwap grants a 14-day price guarantee on the trade-in offer so you can calmly transfer data and test the new device before sending back the old device.

How are my personal data protected on the old phone?

Before further processing, certified data deletion is performed according to secure standards, ensuring personal information is completely removed.

What warranty applies to this model?

Since the device is brand new, the full manufacturer warranty applies for 24 months, covering factory defects within the warranty conditions.

What does IPX8 mean in everyday life?

IPX8 protection means the device is protected against temporary submersion and strong water exposure, so a rain shower or spilled liquids in everyday life will not cause immediate functional impairment.

Which Galaxy AI features help with photography?

Galaxy AI offers automatic image optimization, night enhancement, intelligent composition suggestions, and improved close-ups, making photos look better with less effort.

Does the device support 5G and which Bluetooth version is installed?

Yes, this smartphone supports 5G for fast mobile data connections. It also uses Bluetooth 5.3 for stable and energy-efficient connections to headphones and wearables.

How is delivery handled and what is included in the package?

Shipping is prompt. In the original box, you will find the device, a USB-C cable, and a SIM tool. No adapter is included as you can continue to use your own charger.

Why are your prices so low?

Our prices are often lower than on other platforms due to our efficient purchasing network, lower operating costs, and direct partnerships within the mobile device market. We focus on offering competitive prices while maintaining quality and reliability. In addition, many larger marketplaces charge extra platform fees, higher seller commissions, and marketing costs, which are reflected in their final prices. At Handyswap, we keep our process streamlined so that we can pass those savings directly on to our customers.

How can I trust you?

We get it — trust matters, especially when shopping online. We’re a legally registered company operating in the EU, with all the relevant company details available in the legal section of our footer. We’ve also served thousands of customers and have 300+ verified reviews on Trustpilot. Still have questions? Feel free to do your research — we believe transparency speaks for itself.
