Phones

Shipments to Germany generally take between 2 to 4 business days to arrive. Your Phones will be handled and delivered via dependable German logistics networks such as DHL (Paket) or DPD. A tracking ID will be sent to your email immediately after dispatch so you can keep an eye on your shipment.

We provide a variety of secure payment methods tailored to German shopping preferences. You can buy your Phones using PayPal or Klarna (Kauf auf Rechnung / Invoice), which is highly popular in Germany as well as major credit cards.

You can return your Phones within 60 days of delivery — our voluntary return window, offered on top of the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht). Please use our online return portal to download your return shipping label. You can then conveniently drop off the package at any DHL Packstation.
