What is Covered

Manufacturing Defects:
Faults in materials, assembly, or workmanship present from the factory.

Battery Performance:
Battery health dropping below 80% within the first 12 months (subject to official manufacturer diagnostic testing).

Display Faults:
Screen delamination (separation).

• 3 or more dead pixels.
• Backlight failure.

Connectivity:
USB-C or charging port failure not caused by debris or physical force.

Audio Hardware:
Defective speakers or microphones.

Camera Defects:
Failure of the autofocus motor, sensor faults, or internal lens issues.

Critical system failures caused by official, unaltered firmware updates.

What is NOT Covered

To ensure transparency, the following conditions void the manufacturer warranty:

Accidental Damage: 
Drops, cracked screens, dents, casing bends, or any impact-related damage.

Liquid Damage:
Exposure to liquids exceeding the device’s official IP rating, or corrosion found inside the device.

Unauthorized Repairs:
Any service, opening of the device, or part replacement performed by a third-party (non-authorized) technician.

Normal Wear & Tear:
Cosmetic scratches, paint fading, or minor scuffs from daily handling.

Unofficial Accessories:
Damage caused by uncertified chargers, cables, or power adapters.

Software Modifications:
"Rooting," jailbreaking, or the installation of custom ROMs/unsupported operating systems.
